Tele | Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Glendale, California. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Start date: 03/30/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,663–$1,756 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (0700–1930). Setting: acute care, telemetry in a hospital environment. This position may require floating to Medical-Surgical units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patient status using telemetry; interpret rhythm strips and clinical data; report changes promptly to the physician team
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; document in the Cerner EMR accurately and timely
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; develop and implement care plans; coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge instructions; ensure safety and infection control best practices
- Respond to emergent situations following ACLS and hospital protocols; participate in code response as trained
- Maintain chart accuracy, perform accurate medication reconciliation, and ensure continuity of care across shifts
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Cerner EMR experience required
- ACLS and CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Ability to work day shift as scheduled and to function effectively in a hospital telemetry setting
- May be required to float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
