Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
LPN|RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Start date: March 2, 2026 for 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,064–$1,090 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM on a 3x12-hour day schedule, with Mon and Fri workdays and every other weekend. Setting: long-term care – nursing home environment. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assistance with activities of daily living and routine tasks
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, and document responses and outcomes accurately
- Monitor residents’ health status, perform routine assessments, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN or physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident record and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support safety, infection prevention, and comfort through proper delegation, lifting and transfer assistance, and adherence to care protocols
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to practice in NH)
- Relevant experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (LPN or RN)
- Ability to work the listed shift pattern (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), with Mon and Fri workdays and every other weekend
- Demonstrated communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in a 15-week travel assignment and adapt to a new team and facility environment
