Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies using two Canon 640-slice CT scanners, selecting scan protocols, adjusting parameters, and applying post-processing to produce diagnostic-quality images.
- Position patients, monitor during scanning, and coordinate or administer contrast as ordered, while maintaining radiation safety and patient comfort.
- Verify patient identity and orders, document examinations in the EMR, and communicate results to radiologists per protocol.
- Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment, perform routine cleaning and quality control between exams, and adhere to infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with the radiology team to optimize workflow and may float to additional Concord-area sites as needed to support coverage.
Requirements
- Active NH state license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Current BLS certification
- AART certification
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
- Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
- Licenses verification required
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
