Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies following established protocols and safety guidelines
- Position patients, set up, and operate two Canon 640-slice CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images
- Review images for technical quality and minimize artifacts; adjust parameters as needed
- Maintain patient safety, including monitoring during procedures and adherence to radiation safety practices
- Document procedures and findings in the electronic medical record; communicate with radiologists and clinical staff
- May be requested to float to related regional facilities within the area as needed
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Current certifications: BLS, NH State License, and AART
- 2+ years of CT experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and perform CT imaging procedures
- Experience operating Canon CT scanners (640-slice) preferred
- RTO (Requests for Time Off) must be included at the time of submission
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
