Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Telemetry, Portland, Oregon. This travel assignment begins 09/28/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a short-term acute care hospital setting. It offers 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour day schedule (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Weekly pay ranges from $1,948 to $2,027.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, coordinated nursing care to telemetry patients per the nursing process; monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
- Administer medications, perform complex assessments, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Develop and adjust care plans; coordinate care delivery across disciplines; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks appropriately and ensure safe, healing care environments.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and treatment teams; provide health information and teaching to support self-care and recovery.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) or the state of assignment
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
- BLS certification from an approved vendor; ACLS (AHA-ACLS) or ARC-ALS required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work in a telemetry/unit-based telehealth environment
