Requirements
- Active LPN license (state of Vermont) or eligibility for licensure in Vermont
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (LPN diploma)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week; availability for day or evening shifts
- Clear communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow facility policies and regulatory guidelines
