Responsibilities
- Provide methadone dosing services to clinic clients under the direction of the OTP Nurse Manager
- Administer medications, monitor patient response, and ensure safe medication practices
- Document care and dosing in the electronic medical record (Epic EMR)
- Deliver skilled nursing care to adults with opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans and patient education
- Adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements for methadone dispensing and patient safety
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of consistent methadone dosing experience (prefer full-time)
- Current BLS certification
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered
- Ability to work in an outpatient methadone dispensing setting
- Epic EMR experience is preferred
