Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging exams with attention to image quality, appropriate protocol selection, and patient safety.
- Position and prepare patients, explain procedures, and monitor for comfort and safety throughout imaging.
- Operate CT equipment and adjust technical factors to optimize diagnostic quality per protocol.
- Verify orders, coordinate with radiology colleagues, and document examinations in the Epic EMR.
- Assist with radiology tech duties as needed and participate in occasional on-call coverage as scheduled.
Requirements
- ARRT-registered radiologic technologist and active Ohio radiology license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Experience with GE CT systems
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Ability to work a 3-12s shift schedule, including weekend rotation and potential holidays
- Prior CT imaging experience in an outpatient/imaging setting
