Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social work to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to maintain consistent coverage.
Requirements
- Active RN license in West Virginia or eligibility
- Leadership/management experience in a clinical setting
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility and supervise a diverse team
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality metrics
- Education: BSN preferred
