- Recognize and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse; respond to calls and emergencies following established protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care plans; participate in rounds and care conferences as assigned.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment; follow infection control practices and fall/wound care precautions as appropriate.
Requirements
