Travel Surgical Tech Job
Travel Surgical Technologist position in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Start date May 25, 2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay between $1,248 and $1,335 with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is Monday–Friday, days, 6:00 am–5:00 pm with staggered start times and shared call every 4th weekend. Travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Operate within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the surgeon
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field; pass instruments and supplies during procedures
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and needles; document as required
- Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, draping, and sterile technique
- Assist the surgical team with intraoperative needs and room turnover
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and contribute to a collaborative environment
Requirements
- Education: Surgical Technologist diploma required
- Certifications: CPR certification required; Surgical Technologist certification preferred
- Experience: Prior surgical technologist experience preferred
- Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room; strong teamwork and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States for travel assignments
