Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of the nursing team in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ status: vital signs, assessments, and changes; communicate updates promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support patient independence
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in the charting system and participate in shift handoffs
- Support infection control, safety protocols, and collaborative care planning with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state of New Mexico) or eligibility for NM licensure
- Availability to work the scheduled shift: 12-hour days (06:00–18:30) on a 3x12 schedule
- Local candidates only ( Albuquerque area or surrounding locale)
- Commitment to a 7-week contract
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
