Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Hilo, Hawaii, United States. This travel assignment starts 04/26/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,558 to $1,625. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift is rotating to meet census and facility needs within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents’ health status
- Administer medications and document responses and any changes
- Notify the attending MD/NP of pertinent findings and changes in condition
- Manage admissions and discharges according to policy and resident need
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility support
- Provide specialized care including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care as assigned
Requirements
- LPN with experience in a long-term care setting
- Ability to perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Willingness to work rotating/variable shifts based on census and facility need
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved exemption prior to contract start
- Must arrive the Thursday before start date to participate in the employee health clearance
