Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Complete documentation: initial evaluations, plans of care, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Manage insurance communications related to benefits and coverage
- Prepare for evaluation and subsequent treatment sessions
- Educate staff across disciplines on results, recommendations, and up-to-date best practices; deliver in-service presentations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other providers to deliver patient-centered treatment
- Maintain clean treatment areas and perform routine room turnover
- Make reminder calls to patients and assist families in navigating the care process
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and program goals

Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) in the United States
- Relevant certifications as required by state and employer
- Prior clinical experience in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting and maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
