Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Lincoln City, Oregon. Start date: 04/27/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,116 to $2,218 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment designed to cover Emergency Department needs with a broad patient mix, from non-critical to emergent conditions.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population, from non-critical to emergent conditions.
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, start IVs, and respond rapidly to patient status changes.
- Triage, initiate emergent care, and coordinate patient flow within the ED; collaborate with ED physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
- Address mental health presentations with appropriate assessment, de-escalation, and necessary referrals.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record; ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and clinical protocols.
- Maintain readiness for critical cardiac and trauma patients, following department standards and physician orders.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS, and PALS required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting and to participate in night shift rotations; ability to work weekends as needed
- ER nursing experience is typical for this role; solid documentation and teamwork skills are essential
