Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
This travel assignment is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (Long-Term Care) in a skilled nursing facility setting located in Keene, New Hampshire. The start date is 04/01/2026 for an 8-week contract. You will work a night shift (5x8) with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. The weekly pay range is $886 to $931 per week. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and perform routine nursing duties under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document findings in the chart and electronic records.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to residents, ensuring safety and hygiene.
- Support wound care, post-operative care, diabetes management, and other routine clinical tasks as assigned by the supervising clinician.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, follow infection control practices, and ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work the listed night shift and meet guaranteed hours
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with the care team
