Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Belen, New Mexico, United States. Start date 04/01/2026 for a 15-week travel assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12 nights, 17:00–05:30. Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident care under the direction of a licensed nurse, following established care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition; report promptly to supervising staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Observe resident needs, respond to call lights promptly, and participate in interdisciplinary communication
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Mexico
- Ability to work the listed shift: 17:00–05:30, nights, 3x12
- Local candidate only for this assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety guidelines
