Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Siler City, North Carolina. Start date 05/02/2026 for a 6-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $797–$866 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents according to care plans under supervision of registered nursing staff
- Perform essential nursing tasks such as vital signs, routine assessments, wound care, and injections per policy
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support comfort and independence
- Document care accurately in patient records; communicate changes or concerns to the charge nurse promptly
- Maintain safety, infection control, and environmental cleanliness; respond to call lights and maintain resident dignity
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in North Carolina
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and assist with resident mobility as needed
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
