About the Role We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Brentwood, NH. This role delivers resident-centered, continuous care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. You will provide daily living support, monitor health conditions, and maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, and mobility.

  • Monitor and document vital signs, fluid intake/output, and condition changes in the facility’s EMR.

  • Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, and therapists to implement individualized care plans.

  • Support routine procedures, therapy setups, and facility activities.

  • Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe living space.

  • Support residents' emotional well-being and communicate effectively with families and care teams.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED plus completion of a state-approved CNA program with competency evaluation.

  • Licensure: Active State CNA Certification in good standing.

  • Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting, with experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

  • Skills: Strong observational, interpersonal, and team communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel CNA experience.

  • Background with fall prevention programs or wound care support.

  • Knowledge of advanced infection control practices.

  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus).
