- Document assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes in the patient record
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and assist in discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, safety, and home programs
Requirements
- Two years of physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work in a hospital/acute care setting
- Eligibility for a travel assignment (13-week commitment) and willingness to follow assignment specifics
