Travel Registered Nurse PCU Job
Registered Nurse – PCU, travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start dates: May 4 or May 11, 2026. Duration: 8 weeks. Earn approximately $2,188 to $2,342 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights. Work setting: a healthcare facility in the Concord area.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care to PCU/stepdown patients, including monitoring and rapid response to changes in condition
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, neuro checks, telemetry review, and documentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, case management, and ancillary staff to develop and update individualized care plans
- Document care, assessments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)
- Support discharge planning and patient-family education to facilitate safe transitions
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at submission
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 2+ years of PCU/stepdown nursing experience; travel assignment experience preferred
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; willing to float to related Concord area facilities if needed
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
- Two recent specialty references (Charge/Manager RN) required
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner (experience not required but a plus)
