Travel Registered Nurse PCU Job
Registered Nurse, PCU – Utica, NY. Travel assignment starting 09/21/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,193–$2,344. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 2x3 Days. Unit/setting: IMCU/PCU on a healthcare facility; float to other units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adults in the IMCU/PCU, monitoring neuro, cardiac, respiratory status and hemodynamics
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies; manage IVs, line care, and postoperative care as applicable
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary team to implement and update the plan of care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in EPIC EMR; participate in rounds and discharge planning
- Respond to clinical changes, ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit protocols; assist with vent management and related equipment as needed
Requirements
- Active New York RN license with Nursys verification; address on license matches demographics; RTO must be included at submission
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience
- EPIC EMR experience
- Ability to float to IMCU/PCU and related units as needed
