Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
AZ RN-ICU + float- nights is an ICU travel nurse assignment in Globe, AZ. Start date 03/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,378 to $2,559 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 Night shifts. This travel assignment is to a surgery center setting and requires ICU patient care with potential float to Med Surg. Some call shifts are required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct critical care nursing for ICU patients, including monitoring, ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and medication administration.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, formulate care plans, and document in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the care team to adjust care plans and respond to changes in patient status.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, pain and sedation management, and delirium assessment per protocol.
- Respond to emergencies and codes; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and family communications.
- When needed, float to Medical-Surgical units to support staffing and patient care needs; operate within the scope of practice and facility policies.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Arizona
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- ICU nursing experience (requirements as described in Job Notes)
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Willingness to float to Med Surg and to take 24-hour on-call shifts
- EMR experience with Meditech 6.0 preferred; Flu vaccine required
