Travel Registered Dietician (Clinical) Job
Registered Dietitian (Clinical) travel assignment in Tehachapi, California. This 13-week position with Healthforce Healthcare LLC supports a home health hospice setting. Start date is April 20, 2026. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk, including evaluation and ongoing reassessment.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized nutrition care plans and interventions in alignment with policy and standards.
- Educate patients and families about nutritional requirements, dietary modifications, and disease management to support care goals.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate nutrition care and adjust plans as needed.
- Document all interventions and outcomes accurately, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Deliver clinical care in a skilled and responsible manner, applying appropriate technical and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments in a home-based hospice setting.
- Proficiency in developing and documenting nutrition plans of care and corresponding interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient education and interprofessional collaboration.
- Willingness to work days, 8-hour shifts, in a travel assignment format.
