Registered Nurse – Tele/Progressive Care (PCU) in Saint Louis, MO. Travel assignment starting 07/13/2026 for multiple weeks with 3x12-hour nights. Weekly pay range: $2,105–$2,211. 36 guaranteed hours per week when on 3x12 shifts. Unit focuses on adult telemetry and progressive care within an acute-care hospital setting. This position requires clinical proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition, and inpatient nursing care, with a typical census around 27 patients on a 46-bed unit. Orientation is provided.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult telemetry/PCU patients during night shifts, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, identify dysrhythmias, and respond to alarms promptly
- Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; manage hemodynamics and basic non-invasive airway support as needed
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and unit secretary to coordinate care, admissions, discharges, and bed management
- Ensure adherence to isolation precautions, PPE protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Document patient status and progress in the EPIC charting system; participate in patient and family education and discharge planning
- Maintain flexibility to float to Telemetry within scope and support unit needs as staffing allows

Requirements
- License: Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state; MO submission without a license is acceptable; IL license in hand required at submittal; compact licenses must match permanent residence or ETA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; first-timers accepted; pending license accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), NIHSS
- Specialty experience: Telemetry/Telemetry monitoring and adult PCU care; able to manage dysrhythmias and provide telemetry-focused care
- Other requirements: Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required (exemptions allowed); Local radius rule excludes candidates within 75 miles
- Additional: 38 hours of orientation; may float to Telemetry within scope
