Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP) in Coos Bay, Oregon, starting May 18, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive RN care across OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and nursery within an LDRP scope
- Apply the nursing process to patient care, monitor maternal and fetal status, and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients, family members and support persons; document care accurately in the EHR (EPIC)
- Utilize OBIX for fetal surveillance and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care
- Adhere to Oregon State Board of Nursing scope of practice and unit protocols; avoid OR circulation or scrubbing
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and ancillary staff to coordinate comprehensive obstetric care

Requirements
- Oregon RN license (active status not required at submission; must be willing to obtain/activate as needed)
- Minimum 2 years labor and delivery experience with current fetal heart monitoring
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
- OBIX and EPIC experience highly preferred
- EFM and STABLE certifications highly preferred
- Education: RN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work in a Labor & Delivery/OB setting and to perform the duties listed above
