Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date 06/26/2026 for a 10-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $749-$763 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
- Monitor residents’ health status, document vital signs, and escalate changes promptly to the care team.
- Perform wound care, routine procedures, and assist with peri-care and injections as ordered.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; support safe transfers and use of assistive devices.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; communicate care plans and progress to colleagues and families as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state-issued; eligible to practice in the assignment state)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Prior long-term care experience or familiarity with LTC care plans preferred
- Ability to meet health, safety, and vaccination requirements as required for the assignment
