Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized plans addressing articulation, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and alternative communication as appropriate.
- Deliver direct therapy (individual and small-group) and use evidence-based strategies; collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
- Collaborate with the CF supervisor, teachers, speech-language pathology staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams; attend IEP/ETI meetings as needed; ensure documentation complies with district and state requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge planning; contribute to program development and service delivery improvements.
- Operate within school policies and professional standards, maintaining ethical practice and inclusive supports for diverse learners.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Oregon State SLP license or eligibility; Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentialing in progress or recent CFY acceptance preferred
- Experience or demonstrated ability to work in a school setting (K–12); effective collaboration with students, families, and educators
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work days and adapt to a school-based schedule
- CF-friendly environment with supervisor support; ability to complete CF requirements in a supportive district
