As you assist with sterile technique, instrument handling, and the orchestration of complex cases, you’ll help ensure precise, patient-centered outcomes. This role is more than a job; it’s a chance to amplify your impact across diverse procedures, refine your perioperative skills, and grow as a leader in your specialty. Your start date is 03/30/2026, with assignments that run for weeks, offering the flexibility to tailor your travel to your personal and professional goals while staying connected to a robust clinical network. And on days off, you can explore California’s iconic coastlines, wine country, and expansive outdoor spaces, enriching your experience with the beauty the state has to offer. This invitation blends purpose with exploration, creating an environment where your expertise advances patient care and your curiosity thrives.

Compelling compensation supports your journey: weekly pay ranges from $2,453 to $2,604, with the potential for a sign-on bonus and housing assistance to make relocation smoother. For those who value continuity, extension opportunities exist, allowing you to deepen rapport with the surgical team and, most importantly, with patients and families who rely on your expertise. Comprehensive 24/7 support travels with you, including credentialing assistance, onboarding, continuing education resources, and a dedicated travel coordinator who checks in regularly to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. The program is designed to empower you with robust clinical resources, safety prioritization, and a culture of mutual respect that recognizes your contributions to patient outcomes and team dynamics.

Our company is anchored in empowering its staff, with a clear focus on career advancement, ongoing development, and a supportive work environment.
