Travel Speech Language Pathologist Job
SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) opportunity in Ideal, GA. This travel assignment starts on 04/06/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,299 to $2,445 per week, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift is 5x8 days, 08:00 to 16:30, in a skilled nursing facility setting. This is a travel - temporary assignment with a real need for coverage and established support from a focused travel team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations for residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals; document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide direct therapy services and supervise/collaborate with therapy assistants when applicable
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, physicians, social work) and families to support communication outcomes
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and electronic health record systems
- Participate in discharge planning and provide caregiver/family training and resources as appropriate
Requirements
- Current Georgia state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure in Georgia)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or geriatric populations is preferred
- Ability to work the listed shift and maintain professional, ethical standards in a SNF setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
