Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care for long-term care residents, including health assessments, medication administration, wound and skin care management, chronic disease monitoring, IV therapy as appropriate, and timely treatment adjustments. Lead daily rounds and interdisciplinary huddles, develop and implement individualized care plans, ensure accurate documentation, monitor for safety and falls prevention, manage transitions with admissions and discharges, and support families through care planning conversations. You’ll also supervise and mentor certified nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of bedside care and regulatory compliance.
