Genesis - Northeast Region - Rochester Manor

Step into a role where every shift matters, as a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care in Rochester, New Hampshire. This assignment is designed for nurses who believe care is more than clinical tasks—it's about companionship, dignity, and empowering residents to live their best lives each day. Beginning 03/16/2026, you will join a cohesive care team dedicated to quality outcomes, compassionate communication, and evidence-based practices that support aging in place with safety and respect. Your expertise in geriatric assessment, medication management, infection control, and care coordination will shape individualized plans that honor residents' goals and preferences, while you grow professionally through mentoring, in-service education, and expanded responsibilities as you advance. You will experience a setting where clinical mastery meets relational care, enabling you to influence recovery trajectories, reduce hospitalizations when possible, and contribute to a culture that values both skill and heart.

Nestled in New Hampshire's welcoming communities, Rochester offers a high quality of life with access to outdoor recreation, cultural events, and a strong sense of community. The state's natural beauty—rolling green hills, tranquil lakes, fall foliage, and easy drives to the White Mountains or the seacoast—provides a restorative backdrop to demanding clinical work. Living and working in New Hampshire also means shorter commutes, weekend getaways with family and friends, and the chance to experience New England hospitality at its best. There are opportunities to rotate across nearby facilities within the state or other locations in the U.S. depending on your goals, expanding your professional network and exposing you to diverse resident populations and caregiving models. The Rochester base supports a stable, resident-centered environment while offering the flexibility to explore the broader region when appropriate, enhancing your work–life balance and broadening your clinical perspective.

As part of the LTC RN role, you will lead comprehensive assessments for new admissions, monitor chronic conditions, administer medications with precision, manage wounds, implement fall-prevention strategies, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to optimize recovery and quality of life. You’ll coordinate individualized care plans, document progress, and adjust interventions based on evolving conditions, always prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity. The position emphasizes professional growth within geriatrics: you’ll have access to clinical mentorship, continuing education, leadership development, and opportunities to expand responsibilities into care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and nurse-led rounds. The package includes competitive weekly pay in the range of $2,261 to $2,353, with 40 guaranteed hours per week, and the chance to extend the assignment. In addition, you’ll benefit from a sign-on bonus, housing assistance or stipends where applicable, and a defined path to longer-term opportunities within the organization. We provide comprehensive support, including 24/7 travel assistance and a dedicated travel liaison who can help with housing, licensure logistics, and scheduling, ensuring you’re never alone on the road. You will find a supportive network ready to help you navigate any challenge and celebrate every milestone in your professional journey.

At the core, the company is committed to empowering its staff, fostering a culture of respect, continuous learning, and teamwork. You’ll find a nurturing environment that values your clinical judgment, recognizes your contributions, and offers clear pathways for career advancement, whether you’re seeking to deepen specialization in geriatric care, transition into clinical leadership, or pursue education-based certifications. The organization understands that your development fuels better resident outcomes, and it provides structured opportunities to grow while maintaining a humane, patient-centered approach to care. You’ll join peers who share your dedication to ethical practice, patient advocacy, and collaborative problem solving, all supported by leaders who invest in your success and well-being.
