Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership for the OR team, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff

- Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional care that supports positive patient outcomes and high satisfaction
- Maintain patient safety and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Assess the patient experience on the unit and implement quality-improvement actions
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary colleagues to optimize OR workflow and patient flow
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Nursing experience in perioperative/operating room settings; leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital unit and lead diverse staff
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
