Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
LTC RN — Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care. Location: Goddard, Kansas, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Start date: 04/06/2026 for a 9-week assignment. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days (includes every other weekend). Weekly pay: $1,955–$2,116 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including assistance with activities of daily living and health monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assess for adverse effects, and document in the electronic medical record.
- Assess residents, update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement changes.
- Monitor safety, fall risk, infection control, pain management, and respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies.
- Support restorative and rehabilitative goals, provide patient and family education, and document outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (state of practice)
- 1+ year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to work a day shift that includes every other weekend
