Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date: 05/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $872-$912 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. This is a travel - temporary assignment within a long-term care setting. Local candidates only with ASAP start.

Responsibilities
- Perform focused assessments and monitor residents’ health status, reporting changes promptly
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies according to physician orders and clinic protocols
- Deliver wound care, injections, and routine treatments as directed by the care plan
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and other clinical data in the resident record
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and to cover 3x12-hour shifts
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
