Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse - LTC — Oswego, NY. Travel assignment starting 04/20/2026 for eight weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (8x5). This office-based RN role focuses on phone triage, with occasional in-person tasks such as rooming patients or administering injections as needed. The assignment supports clinical operations in a triage setting within the Oswego region.

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone triage to assess symptoms, determine urgency, and provide care guidance
- Document assessments and triage decisions in the Meditech charting system
- Assist with occasional in-person duties, including rooming patients or administering injections
- Communicate with providers and the care team to coordinate appropriate patient care
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and adherence to BLS standards
Requirements
- Current New York RN license
- BLS certification required
- 2+ years of RN experience (LTC and/or triage preferred)
- Meditech charting experience
- Ability to perform triage in an office/clinic setting with occasional in-person duties
