Occupational Therapist. This travel assignment is based in Mauston, Wisconsin. Start date is 06/26/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,028 to $2,139 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 5x8 Days (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm). Work settings include acute care and outpatient care environments. This is a travel - temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and nursing home settings.
- Screen patients and participate in meetings regarding patient progress.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, insurance notes, and discharge notes in patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure effective carryover of services.
- Provide outpatient evaluations and treatments as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Master of Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
- National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and Wisconsin OT license; continuing education to maintain licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- BLS certification required.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Ability to work in both acute care and outpatient settings.
