Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 07/01/2026 for 8 weeks. 36 guaranteed hours per week on nights (3x12; 18:00–06:30). Weekly pay range: $1,015 to $1,047. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications and document accurately in the resident records according to orders.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in health status, and report findings promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, maintaining dignity and safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to update and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing (state: New Mexico).
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work the 3x12 night shift and participate in a travel assignment.
- Willingness to work in Santa Fe, NM and to adhere to assignment timelines.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
