Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations for the branch and supervise clinical managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards; manage licensure and certification processes as needed.
- Partner with senior operations and finance leaders to establish branch revenue and budget goals; support business development and patient base growth.
- Lead clinical staff development, promote effective performance, and ensure continuity, appropriateness, and quality of home care services delivered.
- Maintain efficient, safe, and compliant office operations; lead continuous quality improvement activities and review patient satisfaction data, following up on issues as needed.
Requirements
- Active licensure as RN, LPN, or LVN in the state of Washington.
- Current driver’s license with reliable transportation; automobile insurance as required.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience in home care or hospice.
- Current CPR certification preferred; ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a home-based care setting and to supervise clinical staff.
