Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel) needed for a 13-week assignment starting 05/18/2026 in Tillamook, Oregon, United States. The role focuses on the Med/Surg unit within a rural acute-care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care for Med/Surg patients, including monitoring and reassessment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and document responses and outcomes
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, wound care, and basic procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient status, and support discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and accurate charting
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license required in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience within the last 3 months
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a Med/Surg/acute-care setting
- Profile submissions may require RTO, birthdate, and Social Security number
