Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and respond to changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care as assigned
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; update care plans and incident reports
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (18:00–06:30)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to comply with background checks, health screenings, and facility policies
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
