Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Kealakekua, Hawaii, United States. Start date: 05/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,247–$2,354 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. This travel assignment is hospital-based and includes floating between two medical-surgical/telemetry units with MS overflow coverage in ICU and ED. EPIC experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults on medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond to clinical changes
- Float between two MS/Tele units and provide MS overflow coverage in ICU and ED as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document assessments and interventions, and escalate concerns per protocol
- Document care in EPIC with accurate, timely charting; ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education; maintain safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Active RN license (state appropriate for this assignment)
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Ability to float between MS/Tele units and support MS overflow in ICU/ED
- Availability for night-shift schedule (3x12s) and biweekly 72-hour blocks
- Med/Surg and Tele nursing experience; ICU/ED overflow exposure is preferred
