Travel CT Technologist (Radiology) in Atlanta, GA. Start date 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift Fri–Sun days, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Work setting is a hospital radiology department operating in a high-volume environment that supports level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn protocols. Weekly pay ranges from $2,039 to $2,188.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients following established protocols, ensuring image quality and patient safety.
- Operate multiple CT scanners in a high-volume department, including equipment in the ECC and inpatient areas, with a dedicated overnight scanner on the neuro floor as needed.
- Verify orders in the electronic medical record (EPIC), confirm patient identifiers, and document study details according to department standards.
- Position patients, apply immobilization devices, and adjust techniques to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions to contrast, assist radiologists in interpreting studies, and communicate findings per protocol.
- Collaborate with trauma and neuro teams to support urgent imaging needs and ensure timely turnaround of critical studies.
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification is required
- Ability to work Fri–Sun day shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Experience in a fast-paced CT imaging environment is preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a high-volume hospital imaging department and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
