Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC), Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Travel assignment starting 11/30/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,731–$1,834 with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: Skilled nursing facility (LTAC) in a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Assist PT under supervision to implement treatment plans for patients in the LTAC/SNF setting.
- Facilitate therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance work, ROM, and standardized functional activities.
- Prepare and position patients for therapy, monitor response to interventions, and modify activities as directed.
- Document patient progress, accurately record treatments, and communicate changes to the PT and nursing team.
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; promote patient dignity and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Support care plan goals through collaboration with PT, nursing, and other rehabilitation staff.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Prior LTAC or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a 35-hour-per-week travel assignment and in a LTAC/SNF environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
