Responsibilities

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety; promote comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records in accordance with facility policy and privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties within a long-term care environment.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment and travel position.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with the care team.
- Demonstrated reliability and adherence to patient safety and care standards.
