CT Technologist - Radiology in a busy, community hospital setting in Potsdam, NY. Start date: 04/27/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,236–$2,385 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12 Nights. This travel temporary assignment supports inpatient, ED, and outpatient exams and involves CT as the primary modality with some general X-ray duties. The department operates 24/7 with Level III trauma coverage and serves a wide age range from neonates to geriatrics.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging examinations across head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis, with and without IV contrast; assist with vascular CTA and other CT procedures as trained
- Provide general radiography support as needed to maintain department coverage
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, manage contrast administration per protocol, and follow radiation safety standards
- Work with ED, inpatient, and outpatient teams and communicate critical findings promptly
- Operate imaging hardware and PACS (Fuji Synapse or equivalent), verify image quality, and document exams in the patient record
- Participate in a 24/7 radiology environment with a focus on acute care and trauma imaging; stand in for other modalities as needed and float within the department
- No on-call or holiday coverage required; weekend rotation is expected
- Age range of patients includes neonates through geriatric, with ICU and trauma cases

Requirements
- NY State license required in hand to submit
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- CT experience: 2 years preferred; posting notes conflict with 1-year requirement—confirm with client prior to submittal
- Community hospital experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced ED/inpatient/outpatient setting
- Proficiency with CT contrast administration and CT procedures; basic X-ray procedures as needed
- PACS experience (Fuji Synapse and general PACS); Epic charting experience preferred or required per site policy—confirm with client
- Floating within department required; weekend rotation; no overnight shift requirement noted
- NY state license in hand; ability to work within the listed setting
