Responsibilities
- Act as the circulating nurse for operative procedures, maintaining a sterile field and assisting the surgical team
- Prepare the OR, ensure proper positioning, and manage instrument and implant counts with accuracy
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons and staff, select appropriate instrumentation, and monitor intraoperative safety
- Assist with case flow, specimen labeling, and documentation while maintaining patient privacy and comfort
- Collaborate with anesthesia, nursing, and support staff to ensure timely, safe patient care
- Provide coverage for on-call periods as required by the assignment

Requirements
- Ability to perform OR circulator duties in a surgical setting, including General Surgery and OB-GYN cases (and ortho as needed)
- Availability for 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in the listed location
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; adaptability to a fast-paced environment
