Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Travel - temporary assignment starting 07/29/2026 for 8 weeks in a long-term care setting. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Shift: 5x8 evenings (eight-hour shifts), with every other weekend required. Weekly pay is a range of $742 to $774 per week.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ condition, document changes in the chart, and report to supervising staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to support comfort and safety.
- Perform routine assessments, wound care, and urgent follow-up under supervision as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure infection control, and respond to call lights promptly.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
- Availability to work evenings (15:00–23:30) and every other weekend as required by the assignment.
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting and adhere to documentation and safety standards.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to meet credentialing and onboarding requirements for the assignment.
