Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (Radiology) – Travel assignment in Kansas City, KS. Start date 05/31/2026 for 13 weeks. 4x10-hour night shifts (2000-0630), Monday through Thursday. Weekly pay range $2,596-$2,805. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. This travel role is in a hospital setting within radiology, with a 2-day orientation during the first week of start.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures for trauma and general patients per department protocol and physician orders
- Operate CT scanners (GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice) and adjust technique to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
- Prepare patients, position them correctly, apply contrast as ordered, monitor for adverse reactions, and document all procedures in the chart
- Follow radiation safety practices, maintain sterile technique, and ensure accurate labeling and PACS/RIS data entry
- Collaborate with radiology team to support timely imaging workflows, participate in quality control, and assist with unit-based coverage as needed
- Participate in weekend coverage as required by the unit; follow unit guidelines for on-call and holidays
Requirements
- Active KS Board of Healing Arts license (in-hand) and ARRT - CT certification prior to submitting
- BLS certification
- Recent Level 1 trauma center CT experience
- Ability to work 4x10-hour night shifts; weekend requirements as needed
- Credentials must be current and in-hand prior to start; 2-day orientation in first week
