Travel Registered Nurse Endoscopy Job
Registered Nurse – Endoscopy in Portland, Oregon, United States. Travel assignment starting May 26, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,272–$2,337 per week. Shift pattern is days with 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) on a 4x10 schedule. Work in an endoscopy unit within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for endoscopy patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Conduct pre-procedure assessments, monitor intra-procedure status, and manage post-procedure recovery and vitals.
- Administer medications and monitor sedation per protocol; document care and patient responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with gastroenterology, anesthesia, and perioperative teams.
- Maintain patient safety and infection control, prepare and discharge patients as appropriate, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain/transfer as required)
- Endoscopy or perioperative nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting and supervise nursing staff as needed
- Demonstrated critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN degree/diploma)
